Know where you are
Open GetMyMood and your current phase and cycle day are the first things you see, along with estimated timing for what may come next.
One view, useful context
GetMyMood keeps the timing of your cycle beside the mood, energy, symptoms, and body signals you choose to log.
Open GetMyMood and your current phase and cycle day are the first things you see, along with estimated timing for what may come next.
Log period days, mood, energy, and symptoms in a few taps. Check in every day or only when something feels worth remembering — there is no streak to keep.
Your calendar and insights bring logged information into one place, so possible patterns can become easier to notice over time. Your cycle is context, not the explanation for every day.

Questions, answered
No. GetMyMood works whether you check in every day or just now and then. Even a quick note when you remember is enough to start seeing how your cycle and how you feel line up — there is no streak to keep and no pressure to be perfect.
Only if you want it to. You can set gentle, optional reminders — for your period, a daily check-in, or a change of phase — and turn any of them off whenever you like. No nagging, and no streak to keep up.
No. You can log your period, mood, and symptoms offline, and GetMyMood syncs once you are back online. Deleting all of your data does need a connection, so it can be removed everywhere it is stored.
It varies, but most patterns become easier to see after two or three months of logging. The more consistently you note how you feel, the clearer the picture — while remembering your cycle is only ever one part of what shapes a given day.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health information to advertise to you. The only use beyond running the app is an optional analytics setting you can switch off. For the complete picture — including how your data relates to AI — our Privacy Policy is the source of truth.
